Prayer

"Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and praises shape your worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life. "  Phil 4.6-7 The Message

Prayer can seem both empty and confusing and at other times fulfilling and life-giving.  Prayer is more than words; it is two-way communication and conversation that is an extension of our relationship with God.  Scripture teaches us that our very life should be a prayer and we are promised that when we do not know what to pray or how to pray, the Holy Spirit will pray on our behalf (Romans 8.26).

Prayer is the basis for everything that we do at Fellowship Church and we are honored to pray for you.  Please tell us how we can pray for you by completing this prayer request form.

Step It Up

Less is more. We're fond of saying that around here. And much of the time, we're more effective living by it. But sometimes MORE is more. Want a voluminous vocabulary? Read more. Want to nail the lines for your part in a sketch? Rehearse more. Want to master the "Cha Cha Slide" (like for March's large group, grades 4-5)? Practice more. You get the drift. And just like you need to lift more if you want bigger biceps, you need to do some things more if you want to know God better, like:
