1. For the protection of your child and other children, please do not to bring a child who is ill.  The Commitee on Control of Infectious Diseases the American Academy of Pediatrics considers a child could be contagious when any of the following exists:

• Fever - currently or within previous 24 hours
• Vomiting or diarrhea
• Any symptom of childhood disease such as German measles, mumps, of chicken pox
• Commom cold - from onset through one week
• Sore throat
• Croup
• Any unexplained rash
• Any skin infection- boils, ringworm, impetigo
• Pink eye or other eye infection

2. Should a child become ill during any church functions, parents will be notified immediatly and requested to take the child home.

3. All medications must be administered by parents.
